SYNOPSIS:
Dirty Harry. Apocalypse Now. Conan the Barbarian. Given the body of work that John Milius produced as both a screenwriter and a director, it is surprising that he is not more well known. This documentary tells his life story: growing up surfing in California, attending USC film school with George Lucas and Francis Ford Coppola, penning some of the most recognizable dialogue in all of cinema, several tragic turns, and eventually a truly inspirational comeback.
