SYNOPSIS: Named after the lead track of an album by the punk band The Germs, this biopic of punk rock legend Darby Crash follows the formation and career of The Germs, Crash’s inspiration from the David Bowie song “Five Years,” his homosexual relationship with Rob Henley, his heroin usage, and finally his suicide in December 1980. The film premiered at the 2007 Los Angeles Film Festival and was distributed by Peace Arch Entertainment theatrically in August 2008.
